Return Policy
At Earth Wake, we love our organic product, and we want you to love them too!
If you receive your item and are unhappy with it, we can accept return requests within 30 days of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately are not able to accept a return request or offer any refund or exchange. Due to the consumable nature of our products, we handle all requests on a case-by-case basis.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unopened and in the same condition in which it was received. Please keep in mind, if you do not have the product we will not be able to process a return request. If the item was damaged before it was in your possession, we will request proof that the item was delivered damaged (such as a dated photo).
In order to return your item, please email info@earthwakefoods.com or call 1-855-888-8482 and a return shipping label will be provided. All of our online orders are on file and we will verify your purchase with order details you provide. For in-store purchases, we will require a photo of your receipt as proof of purchase.
In order to process your return request, please be prepared to provide the following information: your name, address, phone number, email address, brief description of why you are unhappy with the product, order number or receipt, and the date of purchase. All returns will require enough information for our Customer Care team to verify the purchase. Once your returned item is received, we will inspect the item and process your return request. If the returned item meets our requirements, a refund will be processed. For direct online purchase, your original form of payment will be credited. For in store purchases, credit will be issued to you to use at www.earthwakefoods.com or a replacement item will be mailed to you; on a case-by-case basis.
Mistakes happen to the best of us! In the event you received the wrong item, please email info@earthwakefoods.com within 30 days of purchase and a return shipping label will be provided. A photo of the item received may be requested, and we will place the correct item in the mail to you once the return request is processed.
Earth Wake does not accept returns or offer replacements for gifts with purchase, giveaways, or contest prizes.
